Position line immediately dropping upon fill

Order type: buy limit with attached stop and target. When my order gets filled, the position line immediately jumps down a couple of points (nowhere near the last price or where I actually got filled at) In the order log it was filled at the correct price, but the position line is not matching up. Then the real fun starts: the order just goes away and fills me 8 points below my stop and the price action nowhere near that. This happened twice tonight. Obviously I cannot trade currently with this happening. No idea why and tried everything I could think of or find in the forum. Also, for some reason if I simply click buy ask now, it will not fill me. Any help would be appreciated. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-05-04 08:17:25

We see that you have activated an exchange for the CME Group with our Denali Exchange Data Feed since you posted this. This should resolve your problem, as you were looking at delayed data with what you posted.

Yeah it was my mistake. I had recurring billing clicked but didn't realize that doesn't pertain to the exchange fees. All good now. Expensive lesson in not reading the exchange fee billing section, but it is what it is. Also, I had the "M" on the chart so I didn't even think of the feed as a possible source to the problem. This was not related to the Automatic Payments. The Automatic Payments will work properly for exchange fees. But, you did not have the option for automatic payments enabled until after the exchange was deactivated. So it would not know to charge you for the exchange fee, as there were no exchange fees to charge for at that point. Just so you are aware, your Automatic Payments is currently disabled.
