Problem updating to new 2899 version

I was having issues seeing the PAVT Sierra Chart custom indicator, I reached out to the guy and he said that I had to download the newest version of sierra chart and I did and it shows that it downloads fine and it says it's the 2899 version, but once I open Sierra Chart I have the 2898 64-bit (R. 56299) version, I have read through the troubleshooting page and have made sure to remove the Save mode, I also created a Zip folder and got the 2901 prerelease version and the indicator doesn't work there either. I don't remember what version I was running to put a previous version, I have tied installing the previous version but it keeps going back and forth from 2898 and 2901. I am running a Mac Silicon computer. Not sure what I need to do to troubleshoot to get the 2899 Version of Sierra Chart, if I can get some help with this much appreciated. |
