Hello, I have one sierra charts account and I want to use it on my laptop and on my desktop PC at the same time. I was told that I need two separate data feeds in order to achieve this. I have a brokerage account open with data at Dorman Trading and CQG WEB API Blueline with the data connected. They work fine individually. However, I am still running into the issue when if I have my PC running with data from Dorman, and I turn on Sierra Chart on my laptop with Blueline data, the laptop will not show live data and vice versa. Which ever computer is running first keeps live data, the second instance can’t connect to live data. |

You are setup to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the following exchanges: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - EUREX EOBI - CFE Top-of-Book - NASDAQ TotalView Sierra Chart does not have connectivity with CQG for data from the CME Group and EUREX, so you have to get that data from our Denali Exchange Feed for your Sierra Chart software. With the above exchanges, you are setup to get data to 1 system. So when you connect a second Sierra Chart at the same time, you will not get the data to that second system. You can overcome this by paying a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following for information/instructions for this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
