hi i see some delay in the real time denali ..it seems it lose some seconds. i try to disconnect and reconnect. it seems work fine for some time but after a bit again with the lagging not only me but also the second pc located in another city so it's not my fault for internet issues. this problem starded a few days ago thanks |

What exactly are you seeing that makes you think the data is behind? You really need to look at the "Data Delay" information in the Chart Header to know how delayed the data is. In the Chart Header the amount of delay is preceded with the abbreviation of "DD:". If it is not present, or not visible, then refer to the following to add/move it: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu) Typically, any delay of less than a few minutes indicates a difference between your computer clock and the standard clock that the exchange is set to.
