What exactly are you seeing that makes you think the data is behind?

You really need to look at the "Data Delay" information in the Chart Header to know how delayed the data is. In the Chart Header the amount of delay is preceded with the abbreviation of "DD:". If it is not present, or not visible, then refer to the following to add/move it:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu)

Typically, any delay of less than a few minutes indicates a difference between your computer clock and the standard clock that the exchange is set to. Refer to the following for how to use Sierra Chart to set your computer clock to the standard:
