I was under the impression that pkg 10 would give me TPO charts, but it wont populate and error message tells me my pkg doesnt support TPO

That is correct, Package 10 (Integrated Standard) does not support the TPO study, along with other items. You would need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages in order to use the TPO study. Package 5 (and Package 3) are part of the "Base" packages, which do not allow for connectivity to trading or data services. Packages 10, 11, and 12, make up the "Integrated" packages that do allow for connectivity to data and trading services. Each package, withing their respective groups, then have certain items they support based on whether they are "Standard", "Advanced" or "Advanced with MBO". This is one reason we changed to referencing packages by names rather than numbers.
