Hello,

Thank you, everything is working now in terms of data and connection.

However, I am still having issues with the chart display, specifically with the Numbers Bars (footprint chart):

- The numbers are overlapping and not clearly readable
- The bars appear compressed and distorted
- The chart does not look structured properly even after adjusting spacing and text size

I have already tried:
- Adjusting bar spacing
- Changing text size and column width
- Applying volume filters

But the display is still not correct.

Could you please provide the correct recommended settings for Numbers Bars (footprint) to display properly?

Thank you.

First, only post an image, by following these instructions:

Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

We will not accept any other format. We deleted the images you attached because they do not help and take a lot of space.

And go through the information here to solve the problem:

Hello,

I have an active Sierra Chart account (Package 11) and Denali Data Feed with CME enabled. I also have a live AMP Futures account, and I am currently waiting for Teton CME Routing to be activated.

I am having serious issues with the chart:

- The Footprint (Numbers Bars) is not clear
- The numbers are duplicated, messy, and not readable
- The chart does not look correct at all

I have tried ALL possible settings:
- From YouTube tutorials
- From your official documentation
- From other traders

Nothing has worked. The chart remains unclear and unusable.

I want to confirm:

1. Is this issue caused by not being connected to Teton yet?
2. Will the Footprint and Market Depth display correctly once Teton is active?
3. What exact service and settings should I use after activation to get a clean and correct Footprint chart?

Please advise clearly what I need to do to fix this.

Thank you.

Hello,

I have already provided a screenshot of my chart.

The Numbers Bars (Footprint) are completely unclear. The numbers are duplicated, messy, and the chart is not readable at all.

I want to make it very clear that I have already tried everything:

- I adjusted scaling, zoom, and bar width
- I followed your official documentation, including Numbers Bars scaling
- I tested multiple configurations and reset settings
- I followed tutorials from YouTube and other experienced users

Nothing has worked. The issue remains exactly the same.

Please do not send general documentation links again. I need you to look at my screenshot and give a precise explanation of what is wrong in my specific setup.

Also, I am currently waiting for Teton CME Routing to be activated by AMP. Please confirm clearly:

Is this problem caused by not being connected to Teton yet?

I need a direct and clear answer.

Thank you.

You have your text coloring set to be the same as your background. Therefore, you can only view the numbers if there is a background coloring that covers the entire number, or when it is using the "Default" coloring.
