I have followed the steps as best as I can and have been paying for Denali for years but apparently I am only using Rithmic. I can login to Teton for Denali and get live market data. When I go to data connections under rithmic I only enter my trading username/password. Nothing for market data or historical data. Under common settings I have said yes to allow support for sierra chart data feeds. However, all my chart symbols remain Rithmic and not Denali. When I go to chart settings to choose a symbol they are still rithmic. I have no M on the chart. I have had experienced traders confirm and they are at a loss because they were the ones telling no you on rithmic and not denali. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

if you've a Denali realtime-data subscription this will work perfect, I use it since a while without any problem and if you connect Rithmic - Apex like you do, of course you will see Rithmic symbols (and not Denali symbols), this is how it works.

Thanks for your feedback. I was told that was wrong that I should be seeing Denali Symbols and not Rithmic.

No, you should see Rithmic symbols if you trade a Rithmic-account (like your apex-account) You would see Denali symbols if you switch to SC-Data, but aslong you have the Rithmic direct connection, you see Rithmic symbols |

There is no such thing as "Denali Symbols". Every service uses a different symbology for futures symbols. If you are connected to Rithmic then you will see a format of [Symbol][Contract][OneDigitYear].[Exchange] - for example ESM6.CME. If you are connected to SC Data, then the format is [Symbol][Contract][2DigitYear]-[Exchange] - for example ESM26-CME. And so on. When you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then Sierra Chart takes care of translating the information on what service you are connected to, in order to get you the proper data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We see the following in your log: Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: NQM6.CME.
We want to point out that you were setup for data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, but this did not renew on April 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. Therefore, you are not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so the system is trying to get the data from Rithmic. But, for some reason, you are having a problem with getting the data from Rithmic, as noted in the message above. We are not certain if this is because you do not have the Market Data fields filled out on your "Data/Trade Service Settings" or if it is due to not actually being setup to get data from Rithmic. The simplest solution, is to ensure you have enough funds in your account and re-activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I made a payment on 4-3 but I guess that went to my SC account instead of Denali as I intended.
