We see the following in your log:
Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: NQM6.CME.

We want to point out that you were setup for data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, but this did not renew on April 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

Therefore, you are not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so the system is trying to get the data from Rithmic. But, for some reason, you are having a problem with getting the data from Rithmic, as noted in the message above. We are not certain if this is because you do not have the Market Data fields filled out on your "Data/Trade Service Settings" or if it is due to not actually being setup to get data from Rithmic.

The simplest solution, is to ensure you have enough funds in your account and re-activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link:
