Good morning,

In Sierra Chart today I'm receiving the messages:

"Real-time data only supported
with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol:
F.US.ENQM26. ID1
Click for symbol information"

and

"Historical Intraday Data Download Failed
Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed"


I haven't changed any settings since things were working fine.

Kindly advise. Thank you.

And reactivate the exchange that did not renew:
Denali Data Feed: Updated the Auto-Renew status for CME non-professional top-of-book (CME_TOP_OF_BOOK) to (0). Reason: Insufficient account balance for renewal.

This is not exactly correct. That link only shows the recurring services for the account, which is logged in. For someone else it is definitively not your account.

The link given previously does NOT have your Account Name in it.

That's weird that it doesn't show it to you because when I click on it, it brings me to the Recurring Services page that does show my Account Name.

Yes, when you select the actual link, it will then have the account name in the URL for that page, since you are logged into your account. So you are getting "redirected" due to being logged in.

But the actual URL that is listed and selected in post #2 does NOT have your Account Name in it. That is the generic link to that page.
