Hi, i only have a Question about NTFY. I am using NTFY and i am very very happy with this Connection!! It' s fast and simple! Its the best! Please dont change this! I only want to know, if i could send a custom text when a alert is triggered? Because right now its very much text, and its a little bit to much for my Apple Watch. If i could do my own custom text this would be fine, if not it doesnt matter. i only want to know, if there is a possibility to do this. Best Regards Thomas |

I second this. Alert messages are full of mostly useless data for 95% of the alerts, and are missing simple customization.

Thanks John, is there a way to prevent opening of a Chat Window when an Alert is raised (which in my case goes to NTFY app)?

Hi All! Thanks for Answers! This solution works perfectly for me! Bozo, in my case no chat window opens automatically. Which Window do you mean? Regards Tom |

@Tom_Tom I meant the Chat Window (File -> Open Chat Window on the right top), which in my case pops open on every alert, which is annoying and can't find the setting to disable it.

The Chat Window has to open in order to process the alert and then send it to NTFY. But, if the Chat window is already open and minimized to the Task Bar, then it will not actually pop up from that state. Therefore, we recommend keeping the Chat Window open, but minimized.
