Hi folks, In india, derivate trading for US market is illegal and hence it is impossible for me to open any live account from any broker. I, therefore, only use Prop firms to trade the US futures market. I understand that there is a requirement for non-pro license to have a live account that you login in to at least once a month. I m afraid that is NOT possible for me. Is there any other way I can access the denali data feed on Sierra account? Thanks, |

The only other option is to pay the Professional rates for the CME Group data. Keep in mind, this is a requirement from the CME Group. We just enforce the rules they have set. But, if the Prop Firm you use is using Rithmic for their order routing an data, then you can get that data into Sierra Chart. Just keep in mind there is a lack of historical data from Rithmic. Hi John, Thanks for that clarification. I am in a similar situation as Baqir... Adding to the original query I would be grateful if you could clarify on the following: I have an evaluation Account with one of the Props. When I signed up for the Prop Evaluation Account, I signed the Rithmic Live Data Agreements as a "Non-Professional", because that is what I am. With Sierra charts and Live Denali data if I choose this option -> CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account - 78.00 USD / month (Denali Exchange Data Feed) THEN When signing the CME Live data Agreements via Sierra should I be signing as a “Non-Professional” or “Professional” or is there a separate option stating “Non Professionals without a Trading Account”? If I sign the CME Live Data on Sierra charts as a “Professional” to get the 78$ data THEN this would be “untrue” as I am not a Professional AND also “opposing” to what I signed in the prop firm Rithmic data Agreement i.e. “Non-Professional” (which is the truth) OR Would you suggest to sign the CME Live Data on Sierra charts as a "Non-Professional" to get the 78$ data? OR Is there an option to choose this 78$ data option and sign the Agreement as a “Non-Professional without a Trading Account”?? It really does not matter. But, in the end, you do have to sign as a "Professional" since you do not have a live trading account that you can connect to. It is not an admission, in any way, that you are actually a professional trader, as it means that you are either a professional trader or that you do not have a live account.
