Hi there, i'm wondering is there any way to reduce the massive gaps that are occuring between profiles? I think what's happening as the bar period is set to 1 min, it's literally using all the time as the gap, i tried setting it to 20 min to reduce this, however the profile doesn't seem to load when I do that. I have also reduced the maximum bar width percentage setting, however that has minimal effect.

Please find screenshot attached.

Kind Regards.

Even though you are not displaying bars in the chart, the chart is still going to be drawn based on if bars were present. So whatever bar period you have is how the chart will be drawn.

The first thing to do is to set the "Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage" to a value that you want for the profile to take up in that period. So if you want to remove the gap, you should set the percentage to be 100, or close to 100. Refer to the following:
Volume By Price Study: Maximum Volume Bar Width Type

If you then want to be able to view more profiles in one "screen", then you would need to adjust the Bar Spacing to expand/shrink the volume bars.

And finally, you can change the Bar Period, but whatever you choose, you need to make sure that it is evenly multiplied into the profile time period. So if you are using 4 hour Volume Profiles, then you could use any value that goes evenly into 4 hours (1 hour, 30 minutes, etc.), but you would not use a value like 7 minutes, as you can not evenly divide 4 hours by 7 minutes.
