Hello guys, Hope you are doing well. I have just purchased CBOE Volatility Index data but it is not loading at all. Weirdly I can download CBOE data which are not volatility index related. Any idea why I am not getting it? I specifically want VIX data. Also do you guys have data for VXN for NQ please? Cannot seem to find that, VIX will do but VXN would be great! Make sure you are using the symbol "VIX_CGI". This is what you will see if you use the "File >> Find Symbol" window to open the chart. If you are using that symbol and still having an issue, then please get us an image of your chart (even if it is blank) by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) VXN is available - again the symbol would be "VXN_CGI". To find this in the Find Symbol window, you would open the section for "CBOE Global Indices" and select the "(Get All CBOE Global Indices Symbols)" entry, then select the "Get Symbols" button down and to the right. Find the specific symbol you are wanting in the new window that comes up.
