my sierra chart doesn't let me access data before a certain date

My sierra chart is not allowing me to access data before 07 aug when i try to use date range or no. of days to load it automatically reverts back to 07 aug is this a bug or some kind of data issue

What is one symbol that has this issue? If this is a futures contract, then have you setup the chart as a Continuous Futures Contract?
