Hi. I, for some reason can not get data today. charts are not loading. Always worked. I use an job-computer. They are strict in security, but I did download and install fine. I have used Sierra on this laptop for some weeks now without problems. ----- windoews error code 10061 Please se 2 pictures. Thanks for all your help. :) |

I too am not able to connect to either Teton or Rithmic. I updated SC to v. 2887. Error Code 10013...Charts load no data. Lasted connected 02-27-26 from Globex open 2-26-26 though to close 2-27-26. See attached pic. |

User216891: The errors you are getting are coming from Rithmic. But, the underlying reason you are having an issue is that the exchange that you had active for the CME Group with our Denali Exchange Data Feed did not automatically renew on March 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. I also get reports regarding Rithmic connections all day long (as soon I enter a trade) and it is curious that it reports problems with account I'm not connected (which I used before but not at the moment), so not sure if this is a Rithmic problem (I just use order-routing) or a problem with the new 2887??
