Sierra 2882 Update Options Current/Prerelease/Previous Not Working

Hello,
I am currently using Sierra version 2882 and I am still experiencing an issue with the charts.
Not all charts are saving their position and appearance.
After restarting the platform, some of them do not retain their size and location, and I have to manually resize and adjust them again.
The second issue concerns the update function.
In the Help menu, when I click “Download Current Version,” nothing happens.
The same applies to the other two update options: “Download Prerelease” and “Download Previous Version.”
There is no response at all — no window opens and no error message appears.
Could you please advise what might be causing this and how I can resolve these problems?
Is there a way to perform a manual update or any workaround available?

Please do the following for us:
- Select "Window >> Message Log".
- On the Message Log window select "Edit >> Clear Log".
- Set the Message Log aside and select "Help >> Download PreRelease".
- Go back to the Message Log and select "Edit >> Copy Log".
- Go to this thread and paste the contents from your Message Log into a new response for this thread.

We want to see what it is stating since it is not starting the update.

We'll deal with the other items after you are able to update to the latest Pre-Release, as we want to make sure that you have all the recent changes.
