Unable to combine current traded bid and ask volume bars

I need to help combining the current traded bid and ask volume bars. I have the tick setting on 1 and in replay mode it combines, but in live inly the pulling and stacking column combines. I've tried setting the ticks to .25 and the combine increments to 4 and the multiplier for intraday chart to 4. However this also doesn't work.

Set the Tick Size back to the default value for that symbol. Then set the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to what you want it to be. Then set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns" to "Yes". I've set the ticks to .25 and the market depth combine increments to 4 and have turned on apply combine increments, but it doesn't seem to have worked.

Why do you state that it is not working? We see that the data is aggregated at each whole number price.
