As I entered a position (with OCO orders), I noticed that my NPL suddenly went negative. When I looked at the chart and activity monitor I noticed another order appeared marked as Teton Routing Historical fill. (see attached screenshot) Please clarify what happened and how it affects the balance. |

First, you are running an old version of Sierra Chart. You must update. This is critical. Ok, I upgraded the version and restarted. 1. NPL is showing 0 after restart - how to sync it? 2. That wrong historical fill - does it have any impact on the actual balance? Please clarify what happened and the impact. 3. I will delete the wrong record once I understand that above two points. |

It depends upon various settings. There was a missing fill that was downloaded but the earlier version you are running does not handle, the particular timestamp format.
