Hi, I'm going around and around on the support boards, and cannot find anything on the pages - it's vast! I just upgraded to Service package 11 - Integrated Advanced, paying $117.30 mainly to activate live data feed. At least I thought going to the package 11, it was a live data-feed package I'm looking for The CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) and CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) live data feed please. After activating the Denali Exchange 11 package, it seems that I only have delayed 15min charts still. Note - I don't have a brokers account that links to Sierra, it's incompatible. Do I need to activate something else to update? Do you have live data on Sierra? Thank you kindly |

You need to be on one of the Integrated packages in order to be able to connect to data and trading services, which includes our own Denali Exchange Data Feed. But the data is not free with the packages, you still need to set it up and pay for it. In addition, in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you work out the above, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* The above only applies to the CME Group exchanges. So to get the real-time CFE data, follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
