For some time now, I've been dealing with an issue where all positions in my account flatten at 1541EST. I've been primarily paper trading, and regardless of the paper account I'm using, the same issue occurs. I've checked global settings and A trade settings across accounts and charts - all "flatten & cancel" options are checked to disabled. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Within the Sierra Chart software there are two places that a "Flatten and Cancel at Set Time" can be setup. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: A >> Flatten And Cancel at Set Time Global Profit/Loss Management: Flatten Positions at Set Time And it looks like you are using the Trading Evaluator for your simulated trading, in which case there is a way to set this for that option as well. Refer to the following instructions for adjusting margins for a Trading Evaluator account: Simulated Futures Trading Service: Margin Requirement Adjustments Follow those instructions but at Step #4 go to the "User Profit/Loss Management" tab and find the section for "Flatten Positions at Time". Thanks for the response! I went through the above and can confirm that there are no settings in place to Flatten at Set Time on any of the evaluator accounts in user P/L management or Global P/L management. Still unsure what's causing this auto-flatten.

You need to check for the origin of the order, which is closing the position. I've attached a screenshot of the log at the 1541 TransDateTime. All highlighted rows, IsAutomated = Y. It looks like Flatten and Cancel at Set Time is triggered, but again, this is not the case in my settings and has been ongoing for months. Worth noting at one point I did have Flatten and cancel at set time at 1541 enabled. If you want me to upload the full Trade Activity log, I'm happy to do so. Hope this is helpful.

This is definitively the result of a Trade Window from one of the open charts having this set: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: A >> Flatten And Cancel at Set Time There is simply no other possibility. This definitively cannot be true: this is not the case in my settings and has been ongoing for months

You're absolutely right - I dug deeper, and the setting was hiding in a chart I rarely use. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
