rithmic data permissions CME

I have denali data for broker acct with nymex permissions....but also have apex acct...not getting CME data on rithmic feed...is there some permission setting i am missing?...i recall sometime prior same issue and I had to click OK somewhere..to receive the data...not sure where?

We recommend, activating the CME exchange here for the easiest solution: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.
