Good day, I have recently opened an AMP account and was planning to change my data feed subscription from CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account to a CME Non-Professional Trading Account. 1. What information do I need to send Account Support Ticket for changing account status? 2. How long does it take to Support to change my Account status from Professional to Non-Professional? 3. What setting do I need to change to not trade my Real account for when I'm back-testing or just looking at the chart? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-09 16:15:59

1. What information do I need to send Account Support Ticket for changing account status?
You do not need to do anything related to a ticket. You need to redo the agreements for the CME Group data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME 2. How long does it take to Support to change my Account status from Professional to Non-Professional?
It is typically a few hours from when you submit the agreements until they are reviewed and either accepted or rejected, but it could take longer. You will not be notified of the information being updated, so you need to check the page linked above to see if there is an update. 3. What setting do I need to change to not trade my Real account for when I'm back-testing or just looking at the chart?
If you are not trading your real account and you do not want to accidentally enter an order, then set "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" to be enabled (has a checkmark next to it). Refer to the following: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes -- Make sure you read through the information at the following link regarding making changes to exchanges, as you may want to wait until March 1, 2026, before you activate any new exchanges: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

One more thing. Is it possible to update my account status without canceling current data feed subscription until it is near its renewal date?

I just checked my account, it seems like the data feed automatically changes to a Non prof account data subscription. Based on what I read, I had to cancel my previous subscription to avoid double payment. Seems like it doesn't apply when changing from prof to non prof account.

The change was done for you by Sierra Chart staff. The following Account Support Ticket is related to this: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets&Ticket=1770820107393389575#ViewTicket Typically, you would need to deactivate an exchange and then wait until the next month to activate the new one.
