I'm starting to download and use the software for the first time, and I'm currently in the free trial period. I have a template SC chartbook for the E-mini S&P 500 in Sierra Edge. However, when I try to open it, the template doesn't load. Does this template work with all the trial charts, or is it compatible only with specific charts?

with the trail you get a limited amount of symbol, so change the symbol and it will work (us it with MES, because ES is not part of the trail) Sierra Chart Trial Account |

Also, the chartbook you received may not be setup for the correct symbols for the service you are connecting to. You may want to first select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Then look through and adjust any symbols that are needed for the data you do have access to.
