After updating and restarting, perhaps 5-10 seconds pass and the platform closes again immediately. Back to 2877 and everything runs satisfactorily. |

No change. Shutdown as before... I always start with the “Open Files on Startup” box checked. Without the box checked (and not in Safe Mode), there is no issue, and there is also no issue when I then open the stored chartbook in "Startup". Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-08 18:03:35

We want you to go to the \CrashReports subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder. Do you see a new file created there, with the date and time, of when this problem occurs?
