Hi, I was using Sierra Charts for anaylsis and tradestation for entry. sometime between 9:30 AM - 9:45 AM EST. I have one tradestation data providing some entry and trade management information and 3 charts on my second screen from Sierra Charts. Sierra Charts had MNQ painting bearish candles and the tradestation was painting bullish candles going long and Sierra going short. I got stopped out and re-entered using info from tradestation as my bias was long. Thankfully it was successful with the tradestation chart. I was concerned with Sierra it flashed a message obtaining historical chart data or something to that nature after about 5 minutes both charts were insync from both sources for the rest of the day. I depend heavily on Sierra for order entry and tradestation for trade management (different settings for what i need to see). Did Sierra have a glitch on Friday or was this an odd situation? it almost became a costly day for me because of the confusion of information Sierra was giving that was not consistent with price action and tradestation charts. Please advise or is there something I need to do to correct it? Thanks, John |

Yes there was a problem, on Friday with market data where in some cases, not all, the data became delayed about a minute. When we were aware of that we mitigated the problem by reconnecting users to another server. We are working this weekend to resolve the issue.
