Hello, every time I attempt downloading intraday data for USDCHF; I keep getting the error message below. I am able to download Historical data for USDCHF with no problems. Others Forex Pairs I am able to download intraday day, Intraday only and Historical chart data. "Failed to open the Intraday data file for USDCHF. Header check failed when opening the file F:\SierraChart\Data\USDCHF.scid for adding records, Error: Unknown Intraday file type. Header error. 2026-02-06 08:52:26.417* " |

It sounds like that specific file is corrupted for some reason. This is very odd, but here is what we want you to do, which should fix it: - Exit from Sierra Chart - Using the Operating System file manager (File Explorer in Windows) go to the Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart) - Go into the "Data" folder under the Sierra Chart installation folder (such as C:\SierraChart\Data) - Delete the file named "USDCHF.scid". - Start Sierra Chart The chart will automatically redownload the data for that chart, and you should be fine.
