Hi, I have established a Service Level 11 account with the Denali Exchange Feed. I have tried to establish a connection with Amp Futures two ways: 1. Using the CGQ feed 2. Using the CME Teton connection When I try to chart using the CGQ connection, I am receiving errors such as F.US EPH26 realtime market data only supported." When I try to chart using the CME Teton, I am also receiving a not connected (LOG SENT). Thanks |

Which service are you actually setup to use with AMP? It will be either CQG or Teton. Once we know what service you are setup to use, then we can point you to the proper instructions to make that connection. But, another issue you have is that you are wanting to get data for the CME Group, but you have not activated any exchanges in order to get the data.
