Hi, I have established a Service Level 11 account with the Denali Exchange Feed. I have tried to establish a connection with Amp Futures two ways: 1. Using the CGQ feed 2. Using the CME Teton connection When I try to chart using the CGQ connection, I am receiving errors such as F.US EPH26 realtime market data only supported." When I try to chart using the CME Teton, I am also receiving a not connected (LOG SENT). Thanks |
