Hello, I am receiving a message Historical Intraday Data Download skipped and my data feed is not working. I am using Rithmic Direct and I receive data through my evaluation account. It worked throughout January but it stopped since yesterday. On their behalf they say all market data access is enabled. I have looked at the following post: Historical Intraday Data Download Skipped problem And when I switch to Teton CME routing everything is fine as I paid for Denali data and I have a live trading account with Teton routing (Philip Capital) and I have connected to it. I have also logged in to my Rithmic trader pro paper trading account and logged off but it is still not working. I don't have live Rithmic account. I am sending you my message logs. Can you give me advice what to do? |

When using Teton order routing, you are actually receiving delayed data because you have no exchanges enabled. Activate the exchange or exchanges you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed This will also solve the problem when using Rithmic as well. After that is done, wait about three minutes, and to download the missing data, follow the instructions here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
