Hi,

so I had issues with ghost Orders happening while I wasn't even there which resulted in big losses. Like 300 trades in a 4minute timeframe. The timeframe in question is the last 30minutes of the the goblex Session in the ES, 29th of January. (15:30-16 CT)
I posted the trade activity log and trading statistic which showed no trades on my part occured and that the last trade was 9hours prior, but that wasn't sufficient. So I will just forward there message and hope you are able to help me out on that.
Don't know how exactly this works but the account in question is "HFF-41328-7998" I checked before hand to have no Order left open (have rhitmic screenshot) and hope you can help me out and confirm the issue was not on my part.

That said, in order for us to formally step in and reconcile or compensate the affected activity, we need direct confirmation from Sierra Chart regarding the connection state and execution handling during that specific timeframe. While your local trade log not showing those executions is an important data point, Sierra’s internal diagnostics can confirm whether:

A delayed execution or resynchronization event occurred

Orders were held or released due to connectivity latency

If Sierra Chart can confirm that such a discrepancy or delayed execution behavior occurred, we will be able to move forward immediately with support and corrective action on our end.
