Hello Team. I have a prop account with LucidTrading using Rithmic Feed. In my Data/Trade Service Settings, I have selected Rithmic Service and my username/password only in the trading fields (Please see attached screenshot) When I try to open charts for DAX, CL and YM futures, I get an error "Historical Data Logon error: permission denied". Can you please help me out with this? Thank you so much |

Refer to the following for the information we have about the "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure Also, you are not setup to get any data for EUREX from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. And we only support EUREX data from our own data feed.
