Hi There, my Chart gets performance issues when I load volume profiles (weekly/monthly NQ profiles) that reach back up to 6 month. I am using continous futures contract by volume as continous contract (maybe there is a better setting). Any ideas how to use a rougher granularity having still ground truth volume profiles and a thus a better chart performance? Hence it uses barely any CPU/RAM, maybe there is also an option to allocate more resources? (9800x3d, 64GB RAM, GEN4 NVMEs) Thanks so far :) |

These are two intensive studies, so having a lot of them on a chart can lead to lagging in the chart manipulations. The best option is to increase the "Letter/Block Increment in Ticks". Refer to the following: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks You should also go through the items at the following link to see about other ways to increase performance: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
