I updated the version of Sierra Charts to the most recent version and have a few questions.i have a daily historical chart and it no longer reflects 1/19 as a day rather it includes 1/19's prices with todays...also i used to be able to see delayed data for nymex comex and cbot and now i cannot...can you please advise

The reason for the lack of daily data for January 19, 2026, is that it was a US Holiday (Martin Luther King Day). So the CME Group puts the trading from Sunday Evening and Monday into the trading day for Tuesday. You can view this information on their website at the following link: https://www.cmegroup.com/trading-hours.html#tradeDate=2026-01-19 The reason you are no longer getting the delayed streaming data for the exchanges for which you are not setup to get real-time data (such as COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT, EUREX) is that you are connecting to Rithmic and not to a Sierra Chart service. As such, the system tries to get the data from the connected service rather than supply our delayed data. If you are not setup to get this data from Rithmic, then that is where it ends, and you will not get the data for those exchanges. If you want to get the delayed data for the other exchanges, then our recommendation is to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the Current Selected Service set to "SC Data". Thanks John, I have a question I currently pay for more than one system and i am currenlty paying for 2 data feeds in SC, do i no longer need to pay for two? Can I pay for one only and run 1 system on Rithmic and run the other on SC data?

You can turn off the option for 2 systems by setting it back to "1 system" at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Since you have already paid for the two systems for this month (January), you will continue to be able to get the data to two systems through the end of this month. Then on February 1, 2026, when the exchanges renew, you will only pay for the 1 system, and you will only be able to get data for 1 system. You can have one Sierra Chart getting data from Denali and another getting data from Rithmic. To do this, on the system where you want to get Rithmic data, set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". ok so if i set it to 1 system i will be able to have both computers signed in under my user id but using 2 different data sources live is that correct

ok so i changed systyem top 1 and now i have no data feed feed on the pc with denali.....it was moving this morning but now there is nothing,,,can you please advise

ok so looking at my prior message - "ok so if i set it to 1 system i will be able to have both computers signed in under my user id but using 2 different data sources live is that correct". I was posing this question for future configuration. so i will re rephrase the question incase i was not clear... Currenlty have 2 seperate pc's both with sierra charts downloaded on them. I want to have 1 denali subscription and 1 rithmic subscription. I would like denali to run on 1 pc and rithmic on the other. My question is do i need to pay for 2 systems to acheive this setup? If not I assume I only need to pay for 1 denali feed. Can you please advise if this is correct? What you want to do can be done. As we specified in Post #4, you need to set the system where you want to get the Rithmic data to have the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". After you select OK to close that window, you will need to select "File >> Reconnect". We believe that you have not done this, so that system where you think you are getting Rithmic data, is getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, and since you are only setup for "1 computer" at this time, that computer has taken the connection so the other computer can not get it. you know what i am going to go back to 2 systems...the charge is only 13.50 a month...so quick question, if I just change to 2 systems...do i have to manually add another data feed or does this happen automatically? I am also aware i need to change the global setting back to yes f for "allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds"

You just change the option to "2 Systems" and you will be charged for the second set of exchange fees at that time. That is all you need to do (along with changing "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes" in that instance).
