Hi Support, I want to connect to 4 rithmic accounts to 4 different prop firms. I created 4 Sierra instances, one for each rithmic connection. The first three instances work ok then the fourth instance fails to connect. I can see in the log that this is because of Denali data feed only accepting 3 connections from the same host. When I tried to connect the fourth instance to a dtc server on one of the other instances if works fine but... I cannot specify different rithmic connection settings, which means that I will just see the same accounts in both Dtc server and client instances. How can I connect 1 instance to Denali for data and act as a server for data for the other instances? While on the data client instances I just put which ever trading connection I want? |

While on the data client instances I just put which ever trading connection I want? You can not do this. The exchanges only allow for a total of 3 connections from a single computer. Therefore, you are limited to those three separate connections and can not have a fourth. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Connections on Same Computer Simultaneously You have the following options: 1. Use the Rithmic data for one of the connections. To do this, set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". 2. Use a second computer for the fourth connection (and fifth and sixth if you ever add them). This does require that you pay a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
