Hi. I have been using sierra trade copier, but there is big bug that is so annonying. When i trade my first trade, it is fine, it copies to another apex account. (after enabling all trade copier setting, all account linked correctly, only one chartbook) However, when i close my first trade and open new trade on my main account(second trade), it doesn't copy to my second apex account. I am not sure what is happening. On top of that, after my first trade is closed, SC disable my trade copier and i open setting for trade copier, it shows me it is copying to old account (closed apex account) another thing is when i save my sierra chart, and to next day, SC disable my trade copier and i need to enable it manually. I am fine by doing it manually at new day, but is there a way to always enable? |

There is definitely not going to be a failure with this on the Sierra Chart side. There is some other explanation in your case. Check the Trade Activity Log and see if the order was copied to the other account:Trade Activity Log If not, then you may have been trading from a different chart than where the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts was configured. The other possibility is that maybe the Order Allocation to Trade Account settings were not configured right at the time the order was submitted.
