Historical NQ futures data in past contracts has become trashed

Hi, I look at past days to get stats to trade with, its given me a real edge but today the numbers didn't look right so I looked back and the data is not the same as it was yesterday and for months. The ranges in past are way off something must have been changed please look into and fix. |

I always got 15-20 rows of data for past bars at day of week and time of bar in the past now showing < half! I also use your relative volume indicator which I assume now will give BS stats too a good 1/3 of my tools probably won't work till this is fixed. |

I closed and tried workspace again got this error.

The reason for the issue in the first post is that the Continuous Futures Contract is not working for some reason. You can tell this by the notation of "[CB-D]" where the D stands for "Disabled". So the question becomes why is this the case. From what we can see, your service is set to "Rithmic", but the symbol in your chart is for a connection to Teton. Please select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to ensure you have the correct symbols for the selected service. Please ensure you do this in all instances you are running. Duh ok that makes sense I had always used your data but traded with Jigsaw, hate it so switched back to Sierra and forgot to change data to get my stats clearly Rithmic data is inferior. Thank you for this I apologize for thinking the data was messed up, 100% my fault VERY happy to know. |
