The reason for the issue in the first post is that the Continuous Futures Contract is not working for some reason. You can tell this by the notation of "[CB-D]" where the D stands for "Disabled".

So the question becomes why is this the case.

From what we can see, your service is set to "Rithmic", but the symbol in your chart is for a connection to Teton. Please select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to ensure you have the correct symbols for the selected service. Please ensure you do this in all instances you are running.
