FXCM Historical Data Stopped updating 11/26/2025

USDJPY and other currency pairs are not updating using Historical data.
I checked the Chart/Data Limiting on all the currency pairs I looked and it says this:
Date Range In File To (YYYY-MM-DD): 2025-11-26
I also checked the "C:\SierraChart\Data\USDJPY.dly" file using notepad and it stopped at 2025-11-26.
All of this stops me from using 1 day, 1 week, 1 mon and 1 Qtr charts.
Is there a change to the product I missed in the FXCM subscription?
I'm using the latest version 55403 of SC.
Intraday data is current from 1 min to 1 day.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Go to one of the charts and select "Edit >> Download Data from End of Chart". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.


After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
