No level 2 data via Rithmic

I'm connected to rithmic via Lucid, it works fine on Motivewave but when I connect try the same credentials on sierra I get logged in, my accounts are there I just don't have the full DOM data, like I only see the last 2 rows in the BID / ASK on the DOM. How do I fix that? I do have live data so it's weird

Check the following setting and make sure it is not set to 1. Preferably, it should be 0 to indicate that you want all levels, but you can set it to whatever you want.
Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

If that does not resolve it, then you need to check with your broker/Rithmic, as you are setup to get the data from Rithmic.
