Check the following setting and make sure it is not set to 1. Preferably, it should be 0 to indicate that you want all levels, but you can set it to whatever you want. Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) If that does not resolve it, then you need to check with your broker/Rithmic, as you are setup to get the data from Rithmic.
