How do I reactivate my data feed. When I log in to Sierra Charts I get the message: "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed..." and "Historical Intraday Data Download Failed. Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed" Thank-you, Kendall |

The exchange that you had active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed in December of 2025, did not automatically renew on January 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. We see that you tried to activate an exchange since then, but you did not have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the selected exchange.
