How to add existing charts to my Sierra

Hi, I created a few charts a year ago with the trial version of Sierra on my old laptop and stored the entire data folder on my USB drive. Now I have purchased the membership and downloaded Sierra on my new laptop, and I tried to place the old chart files in the new data file, and they do not open. Could you please assist me in making it work, as it took so many days for me to prepare the charts. My account name: Venkata Gandi Please let me know if you need any additional details. It sounds like those chartbooks are just too old and are not compatible with the current version. Check your Message Log after you try to open one of them and see if you have a message saying something like 'chartbook is not compatible'. If you do get this, then you can try to recover the chartbook by following the instructions at the following link: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks But, depending on how old the chartbooks are, you may not be able to recover them.
