I am trying to connect Sierra Chart to my EdgeClear account for live trading. Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions I am using these instructions and once I change it from CQG (existing default) to Teton CME Order Routing , I don't see Edgeclear in the drop down menu. Should I contact Edgeclear first and ask them to add Teton Order Routing Service for it to appear in the drop down menu? Thank you. |

EdgeClear responded to select Cunningham as the clearing firm but I am unable to connect to data once I do. Attached the error message. |

The error you are getting is stating that your setup for the Teton Order Routing has not been completed. Please check with Edge Clear and see if your account is properly setup. If not, then make sure they inform you when it is complete. If they state everything is setup properly, then have them check to ensure that your Account Name was entered properly. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is what is used to tie your accounts together. If you continue to have an issue after this, then please let us know.
