Hello Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to ask whether it is possible to pause or temporarily suspend my Sierra Chart subscription while I am on vacation. Specifically, I would like to know if there is an option to keep the plan inactive when I am not using the platform and reactivate it again when I resume trading, without affecting or reducing my existing plan duration. Please let me know if this option is available, or if there are any alternative ways to ensure that unused time is not deducted from my subscription during periods of non-use. Thank you for your support. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, Sibi Arasu |

We recommend just paying month-to-month. But we can also refund unused usage time, beyond the 30 days of current usage time back to your account Services Balance. Currently your account is expired though. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Hello Sierra Chart Support, I would like to request access to use my CME market data subscription on two devices (my main laptop and backup/other system) for my trading activities. I mainly use one system for active trading and the second device for monitoring, backup, and execution support. I would like to know if this is possible under my current subscription, and if any additional fee or approval is required for enabling CME real-time data and Market Depth access on both devices. Please let me know the process and the cost involved. Thank you for your support. |

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I currently have only the COMEX Top of Book subscription active. In May, I am planning to upgrade to COMEX Market Depth and also use the data on two devices (main laptop + backup/VPS). I would like to confirm whether, after upgrading to Market Depth, I only need to pay the Market Depth exchange fee plus the additional $2 second system fee for the second device, or if there are any other extra charges involved. Please confirm the exact process and total cost. Thank you. |

This is not how it works. You need to pay a second set of exchange fees for ALL the exchanges you have active. Therefore, what would be best is to deactivate the "COMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" now (definitely before May 1, 2026 - you will continue to get the data through the end of the month). Then on May 1, 2026, set the "Number of Systems" to 2, and then activate the "COMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". You will pay a total of $27.00 for the data in this case.
