Hi can someone please let me know why my weekly chart is not loading all of my chart work?

We can not answer this without more information on exactly what is going on. But, we wonder if you simply do not have enough data in your chart as you are not using a Continuous Futures Contract. Hi thanks but yes I am using the Continuous Futures Contract - Volume based rollover, all of my other charts have loaded after I paid except the weekly

The prices that are displayed on the weekly chart are negative and way out of range. If you reset the scales does this fix the issue?
