I have an 'attached order' with two contracts.

There is one stop loss, and a couple of profit stops.

When my stop loss is triggered, it's only stopping one contract rather than both. The other is still running.

How do I fix this please?

Why can't I have a common stop with a custom order? It's not on the drop down menu.

You must not be setting up the Stop order properly.

You need to set the Stop to be an OCO group of "All OCO Groups". The system will then set the quantity for that Stop to be the total that is set. Refer to the following for an example (you can ignore the "Move to Breakeven" options in the example):
Attached Orders: 2 Targets and Common Stop with Move to Breakeven on First Target
