What is the compelling reason for the spreadsheet studies Version 2?

Recently an option was added to all three spreadsheet study's study settings:
'Use Column I and J Values Version 2 (ln:73)'

When this option is set to Yes, all Column I and J cell titles and their functions are rearranged.
Some v1 items are eliminated, and new items are added.

The v2 rearrangement seems unnecessary and problematic because:
1. New items could simply be added to v1.
- Removed items are referenced by existing user formulas.
- Converting existing builds from v1 to v2 would be tedious.

2. Support requests would increase.
- Support and v1 users will need to transliterate to offer help.
- Third party websites and forum post examples will no longer be accurate.

3. Documentation becomes difficult.
- Example:
Spreadsheet Systems, Alerts and Automated Trading: Special Spreadsheet Outputted Values | Read-Only or Read/Write
- The above is in v2 order, not in the legacy v1 order.

It seems 'organized in a more logical and updated format' is an insufficient reason by itself, given the downside.

This is an argumentative post, and we take an exceptionally strong position against not making changes to keep Sierra Chart well organized and clean.

If we are following this kind nonsense philosophy of not making improvements, with organization and cleanliness and always working to improve the code base, with performance and organize it better, Sierra Chart gradually would become a mess. We are not going to allow that under any circumstances.

Version 2 is well-organized, and all of the fields are included across, all three versions of the Spreadsheet study, unless ones that are trading Inputs and are provided only for the Trading version of the spreadsheet study. This is final and we do not want to hear anything further about it. It is left as an option and we do apologize for the cases where it was inadvertently enabled. This has long been solved by now.

And we do not believe in the ain't broke don't fix it mentality. That is a terrible mentality especially in the realm of software engineering. Most software in the world, is very substandard. We are going to be the best, and excel at what we do.
