missing historical data on Sierra Chart.

Hello, I have an issue with missing historical data on Sierra Chart. Symbol: NQZ25_FUT_CME (and ESZ25_FUT_CME) Problem: 1. In 1-Minute and 1-Hour charts, data stops at 2025-10-28. I cannot load any intraday data before that date. 2. In the Daily chart, data only goes back to May 2025. No older daily history is available. My current settings: • Intraday Data Limiting: “Use Number of Days To Load” • Days To Load: 4380 • Symbol: NQZ25_FUT_CME • Service: Teton CME Routing • Data feeds: Denali Real-Time + Delayed Exchange Data Feed enabled • I pressed Edit → Delete All Data And Download, but the data still stops at the dates mentioned. Question: Is this a limitation of the historical data available for this contract? Or is there an issue with my data feed / symbol settings? If necessary, please advise which symbol has full historical intraday + daily backfill for NQ CME Futures. Thanks. |
