I still have delayed data and cannot see order flow properly. I upgrades from the $36 package 10 to the $46 package 11, understanding that would resolve the issue. But I still am 10 minutes behind, which of course is no help at all. I've spend a coupd days trying and several days configurating, but has been only a waste of time, attention and money so far. I'd grateful for help making this work. Thanks.

In order to be able to get real-time data and to connect to trading services, you do need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, but any of the Integrated packages will do. So Package 10 (Integrated Standard) is fine. We do not know where you would have seen anything that said that you needed to be on Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) in order to get the data. That being said, the issue is that you have not setup and activated any exchanges. Before you do this, however, it is important to understand that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges And, of course, there are fees for the data. Refer to the following for the exchange fees: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) The CME Group does give a free trial for the remainder of the month in which you first activate the exchange. Since the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, this means that if you were to activate an exchange today (November 25, 2025) for the CME Group, you would get the data for free through the end of November and then pay the full price for the exchange on December 1, 2025 to get the data for December. Therefore, you may want to wait until December 1, 2025 to activate an exchange. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Real-Time Data Free Trial and Alternatives Once you understand all of the above, then you can setup the data by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
